The airline tickets obtainable through the Website are subjected to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not restricted to annulment and refund policies.

We only act as a facilitator to allow the User to reserve a flight ticket. The agreement of service for exploitation of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline.

Airlines maintain the right to postpone flight times, route, alter or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior allusion to us. As a facilitator, we have no control or power over the logistics of the airlines and therefore is not responsible for any failure, direct or incidental, that a User may sustain owing to such change or cancellation of a flight.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The estimate cost offered at the time of booking is not to be construed as the final price, unless specially indicated. The final amount will be calculated based on the confirmation of the vehicle at the time of return to the Operator or its representative. Basis the info received by the Operator, any refunds, as appropriate will be made to the User. Apart from the charges explained above, User at the time of booking will also have to create payment towards Security Deposit. The sum paid towards Security Deposit is severely governed by the terms of Operator and we will have no role to play in decisive terms for repayment of such Security Deposit at the time of tender of Cabs. User also agrees that expenses like toll charges permit charges, Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government instructions are to be borne by the User. User also understands that in case of defiance of any traffic and road rules, fine charged by any concerned authority shall be borne by the User.
